162 years after its construction, Bolta Rece Restaurant, the most popular restaurant in Sibiu, is preparing to relaunch under a new concept and becomes the main gastronomic destination for Sibiu, but also for tourists concentrated especially in the old town.

The new Bolta Rece project is designed as a food market specific to Western Europe, a rising culinary concept, where customers can dine in or take home their favourite dishes and also uncooked meat or other fresh ingredients.

The Bolta Rece restaurant will bring together 4 different locations: a restaurant with a meat menu, a fish restaurant, both with an outdoor terrace, a pizzeria and a bakery shop They will be connected by a common dining area, in the center of which will be arranged a bar. Each restaurant in the Bolta Rece complex will have accessible takeaway stations in the park.

“At Bolta Rece, anyone, regardless of age, income or culinary preferences, will find something they like, something to enjoy and something they will want to take home. The joy will come not only from the taste found in the plate but also from a series of culinary events that will take place periodically in the location in Sub Arini Park ”, Victor Grosu.

Originally scheduled for 2020, a year of uncertainty for the hospitality industry, the reconstruction project of the famous restaurant in Parcul Sub Arini will start in March of this year.
