COHYA is created with Serghei Grigor, the entrepreneur behind Crosta Kitchen and Bakery, currently the most profitable location in Chișinău.

The ambition was to create again a place able to generate a new trend on the market, just as Crosta Kitchen and Bakery did three years before, gathering under the same roof an eclectic public: from grandparents with nephews to posh young people.

COHYA will have a sophisticated, yet affordable cuisine, and will offer the experience of a premium coffee, prepared using last-generation coffee equipment made in Italy by the brand Modbar.

The inspiration for the interior design in the Japanese minimalism: we combined warm wood essences with rough concrete and leather textures, plus elements in our beloved etno-minimalist style. The refined aesthetics, obtained trough flawless details, is combined with all the comfort of a well-done restaurant.

The bar is a particular presence, conceived to look suspended. The furniture is custom made, and the rough decorative walls and terrazzo flooring ensure an original note.
