Crosta Kitchen and Bakery is a culinary concept developed by Grosu Art Studio together with and for Serghei Grigor and his business partner, Elena Andronic.

Serghei is a visionary in the restaurant industry, one of the best technologists in the culinary field I have worked with. He has an incredible ability to feel trends, analyze the market and turn the needs or desires of the public into business opportunities for him and unparalleled experiences for customers.

Without being a chef, he knows what tastes should be found on a plate to retain even the most demanding tastes. Without working a day in a kitchen, Serghei manages to optimize workflows and organize a kitchen so as to capitalize on the potential of each team member. When it comes to serving, there are no unforeseen situations or questions you haven’t already answered. About the quality of food and services in a restaurant, Serghei knows how to offer each customer the quality they expect. Because yes, quality is perceived differently by each audience segment, and premium does not always mean “expensive”.

Our team of interior designers and strategists set out to create a unique interior that would impress and invite at the same time. About Crosta Kitchen & Bakery, Igloo magazine writes:

”Like a leitmotif, the ear of wheat is present in the elements of separation in space, at a parietal level in the form of a pattern or even life-size as a decorative object. Coincidentally, the image of bread and bakery products is ubiquitous even in the chosen shades, weaving the atmosphere of a bakery in which we imagine flour powder and kneaded crust.”

Among the artisanal ingredients used in space, woven ropes stand out, which become a kind of curtains with a role of separation in space. Next to the bar, a metal rack becomes the “showcase” of the wine collection, aesthetically accompanied by the presence of a fireplace. In the basement, the semicircle space where the tables are flanked by the custom-made sofa and chairs invokes the spirit of a community that can enjoy the same experience together.

 

 

Confirmarea succesului a venit în mai puțin de 3 luni

Oamenii încercau și reveneau, vorbeau despre Crosta și recomandau prietenilor. Printre clienți se numărau persoane de toate vârstele, gurmanzi și ”vânători” de locuri cool, instagramabile, familii din proximitate sau persoane care traversau orașul pentru un mic dejun, o friptură cinstită sau o cutie de eclere. Cum am reușit?

Serghei nu a reinventat bucătăria, însă a selectat pentru meniul restaurantului său acele gusturi pe care publicul le aștepta, iar la baza lor a pus pâinea, cel mai popular aliment la nivel global. Meniul Crosta are influențe moldovenești, caucaziene, ucrainiene, armenești,  rusești și împrumută gusturi din multe alte culturi.

A căutat un element diferențiator pentru meniul de deserturi și a decis asupra eclerurilor, într-o varietate impresionantă de arome și moduri de prezentare. Pentru a atrage publicul tânăr a introdus cocktail-uri și fresh-uri, iar compoturile și limonadele home made și-au atins scopul de a atrage familiile cu copii.

Flerul lui Serghei pentru crearea unui astfel de meniu a fost cultivat, antrenat și întreținut în căutări și călătorii culinare dealungul multor ani, la mesele sutelor de restaurante, în mii de farfurii.
